PP 2003: Charts - Scales

Why is it that the scale axis consistently reports in a percentage when i
want actual numbers?  How do I change it?

Double-click the axis (or right-click it) and choose Format Axis. Change the
type of number on the Number tab.

Probably you've set your default chart to percentage if this also happens
when you create new charts.
