I am attempting to embed video clips and audio into a presentation. The
presentation will be inserted into a Course Management System (Moodle). So
far it appears that even though the video and audio is "embedded" the files
must follow the presentation (meaning the audio, video and presentation are
in one folder). The problem is that when adding the presentation to the
course management system the folder cannot be loaded as one entity and so a
folder must be created, then the files added. Upon opening the presentation
the video/audio are seen but won't run (play). Any suggestions?

Toolman,

Our free product (PFCExpress) might be able to provide you with the needed
answer.  While it is primarily an email program for PowerPoint it also allow
you to save your presentaiton and media files to a zip file.  One of the
"side effects" is that we remove the linking and instead create pathless
links to the media.

If you take ALL the files in the zipped file and place them in the SAME
folder on your CD (or other delivery method) they should play as expected.
