I have a user who is using Powerpoint 2003 SP2.  He has created a slide and
inserted data directly into it to create a graph.  Now he cannot get back
into it to edit it.  The error message is: " The server application, source
file, or item can't be found, or returned an unknown error. Ypu may need to
reinstall the server application."   He has not got Norton or Nero software
on his machine.  He has downloaded and installed the Org chart 2 utility and
still has the same problem.  Does anybody have any other solutions for this
problem.  It is only happening in this one presentation.  CAn someone tell me
how the data entered gets stored and in what format?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Forget this, he has just informed me that it was created on his laptop at
home which runs Norton, so we will go back and look at the previous posts
again.
