How do I attach a Power Point file to an email while ensuring it goes through
fast and it appears full screen when opened by the recipient ?
Lyne - 15 Sep 2006 15:40 GMT
I know how to attach and I found out how to save as 'Diaporama'. The only
problem remaining is the fact that the file is large, i.e. 14,503 KB, all 10
slides being pictures copied from PDF files. Therefore, the message takes a
long time to be sent and received. How do I solve that problem ?

Thanks        Lyne

Thank you John,

I tried all of the hints from the link you sent me but only succeeded in
reducing the file size from 14503 KB to 8937 KB.

All the elements I am trying to insert into the PowerPoint presentation are
PDF documents of 1 or 2 pages each, which I copied individually into PP. When
copying, i do not get the choice to 'Paste Special'. I don't know what to do
any more...

If you can help, it would be much appreciated.              Lyne
