A simple, and free, one is Goldwave (www.goldwave.com). Just open the .wma, go to Save As, choose .wav as the format and you are done. In addition to what everyone else has said, depending on your version of PowerPoint. PowerPoint can play WMA files, which are normally a lot smaller filesize.
