When I open a file with charts in powerpoint or word, they don't appear. Only
appear an empty box.

Juan,
Is there a red x in the right upper corner? In Word it could be that you
disabled the viewing of pictures, Tools - Options - view tab - in the view
section see if there is a check next to the last option in the second
column, show placeholder for pictures or something to that effect.

Also try lowering hardware acceleration.

Thanks Luc, in effect, there is a x red in the right upper corner in both,
word and power point, but none of your suggestions work. I don't know what's
going on!

It seems like something is disabled but I don't know what...

If you have another suggestion please let me know.

Regards,

Juan
