Stoping embedded Sounds while in presintation mode PPT ppt2003 SP2 when clicking on the Speaker i want the sound to stop i have to press the esc key to stop it and goes out of the slideshow mode Right click the icon, select animation and in the animation pane and select "Add Effect >Sound Options. Here you can set it to "Play, Pause, Or Stop" when you click it.
