I used the package to cd feature for my presentation.  When using the cd, it
is VERY SLOW to start.  The viewer pops up right away to accept the
agreement, but then it takes a couple of minutes to start.  Even the 2nd time
it take awhile.  I see the viewer pop up then I wait...  Any ideas?
