Maintain Sound Connectivety When Saving in a Different Location/Fo

When I save the powerpoint presentation on disc and then open it from its new
location, I have to go and reconnect the sound.  How can I prevent this from
happening?

Thank you for your assistance.  I have to get authorization from my IT
Department to download the CDex.
