Help ASAP. Will a saved file from a PC open on a Mac?

I have a powerpoint presentation saved on my PC on a zip drive. The place I
will give my presentation has Macintosh computer, will my PC powerpoint be
able to play on a Macintosh?

Does the Mac have a zip drive?
Does the Mac have PowerPoint installed?

If not, you're out of luck on the Mac.
