I want to add a real player TM video clip to power point...can this be done??

No, RealMedia is the competition and is not supported in PowerPoint.  You
will need to convert it to a more Windows friendly format to use it natively
in PowerPoint.  Also note, if the file contatins DRM (Digital Rights
Management) you won't be able to use it at all.

You would need to buy/find a conversion application.  I never use RealMedia
for anything so I can't recommend anything.  Sorry.

I should start by saying that I really do not like Real Media files much.
Their player makes the assumption that it is the only player that you will
use and messes with your MCI settings.  I do not have it installed on any of
my machines.  Even if you do get the clip to play from within PowerPoint on
your machine, it will probably not play back on any machine without RM
installed.

If the Real Media clip plays in Windows Media Player, than you might benefit
from looking at PFC Media.  Major great add-in that helps ensure your media
will play on another machine.  http://www.pfcmedia.com/

I would also suggest looking for a conversion (rm2avi) program (Google is
your friend) or seeking that clip in a non-RM format.
