I'm trying to embed an mp3 in a presentation to play across all slides
and save it as a PPS file.  This is the 2007 Beta 2.  Even when
increasing that size setting from 100KB to 50000KB, the sound is not
embedding.  Is there something I'm missing here?  Does the file have to
be in WAV format in order to embed or something??

In order to embed mp3 files you will need to give it a riffwav header. Dont
wory this is not as complicated as it sounds!
