There are a few options. I suggest you try them and see which works best
for you.
The first is to use the native PowerPoint Send to Word feature. Select File
=> Send To => MS Word. This will open a dialog box. Select 'Notes next to
page' (top option) => OK. This will open a new Word document with
(strangely enough) the Notes beside the Pages [slides]. This does have some
issues such as large file sizes. If this is an issue for you, you might
want to look at my add-in that, IMHO, improves this functionality
significantly.
