I need to submit my notes for my presentation to my instructor next week and
I want to include the slides with it.  I know how to do one slide per page
but I want to know how to do it with multiple slides on a page; this way I
will also be able to use this format to help me present my material without
turning a page everytime I change a slide.  Thanks!

There are a few options.  I suggest you try them and see which works best
for you.

The first is to use the native PowerPoint Send to Word feature.  Select File
=> Send To => MS Word.  This will open a dialog box.  Select 'Notes next to
page' (top option) => OK.   This will open a new Word document with
(strangely enough) the Notes beside the Pages [slides].  This does have some
issues such as large file sizes.  If this is an issue for you, you might
want to look at my add-in that, IMHO, improves this functionality
significantly.
