blurry fonts

I have created presentations in PP (2003) which look fine.
When I reopen them, some of the fonts are blurry.  Why?

Could you please specify the fonts which goes blurr once you reopen

can you describe what you mean by 'blurry'

are they 'soft focus' out of focus
are they ragged - rough edges
