I'm trying to make text size shrink to fit a text box. When I right-click on
the text box | Format Shape | Text Box - the AutoFit options are grayed out!
I can't select "Shrink text on overflow" - the "Do not Autofit" option is
selected (and grayed out).

Is there a quick fix? Is something wrong with my PPT? It works for some PPTs
but I face the above problems with some others.

Thanks!

Is the textbox part of a SmartArt diagram? Got a sample file?
