I want to make the slide images on a '2 slides per page' handout slightly
larger. I appear to be able to edit the header, time / date, etc but not the
size of the slide images. Am I missing something?

Thanks - TY.

Ty,
You can't edit the size of the images and hand-outs. I would suggest using
File - send to - Microsoft Word. You will get a table you can easily adjust
to your wishes.
Or consider this excellent add-in from Bill Dilworth:

In your printer file it ask you print what, click on the down arrow and pick
