HELP!!! How to connect sounds to my file?

I NEED HELP!!!!!

I made a slide show with different pictures from a retreat my department
had, and I used a lot of different sounds from the clip organizer.  The
problem is that most of the sounds do not work on anyone else’s computer.  Is
there a way I can save these sound bits to the file? Or send them separately?

John's suggestion works well before you make the presentation. After the
fact, you might want to use the free add-in, PFCExpress. This will gather
all your media and get it set up to email to someone. Check it out at:
