So I have an organization chart
One area/department needs to be set for all the same color and font,
subordinates and assistants
Another area/department needs to be set for a different color/font,
subordintate and assistants,
How can I do this within the same org chart, still using the features of
"add assistant, add coworker" etc. and not creating/drawing my own cells?
If yes...what are the steps?
Thanks in advance!

OrgChart (the program that does the organizational charts from within
PowerPoint) is a limited program. <== Understated for effect.
Set-up the organizational chart using the DEFAULT organization chart style
without worrying about formatting. Get all the sub-ordinates and co-workers
entered and the names filled in.
Each of the shapes within the OrgChart can be re-colored (lines, fills and
text) in the default style, but not in any of the other styles.
