I think it's Think Different thing. We think it should just work, the Mac Thinks
Different.

PPT 2003 only runs on Windows; can we assume they have 2004?
The fact that the sound plays means that it's finding the file, so the links aren't
a problem.
WMV is a Windows file format, not likely to work well on the Mac as I understand
it. Can you convert to AVI and try that, at least as a test?
