We created a PowerPoint for a client, and every thing worked fine on
her computer. We used a font called Din, the client purchased the font,
installed it and displayes correctly.

She told us that when she playes the presentation on other computers,
the font defaults back to arial. even she assures us that the font is
installed there as well.

The problem is obviously at their end, as on some machines ther is no
trouble.

Is there any thing we can suggest them, appart from the obvios (did you
install the font, is it in the right folder, etc...)

any help appreciated,

dimitri

is the other user.... just putting the font file in a folder... or
actualling instructing windows to 'install' the font through the 'control
panel > fonts" option?
