I need to revise a Word Document and imbed PPT slides.  The PPT is in color
with color photographs.  I need the slide in grayscale/black and white for
the document, but the pictures stay in color on the slide when I paste to the
document.  How can I convert all the slides to grayscale and ensure the
imbedded pictures are grayscale when I paste the slide to a Word Document?

If the PPT slide is a picture within your Word document, you can change each
picture to grayscale by selecting the grayscale option on Word's picture tool
bar.
