To play a PowerPoint presentation on TV  with a DVD player, you have to
take
the presentation to a DVD.

First,  convert a presentation to a video file in MPEG format for DVD
with some third party tools like PPT2DVD at
http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com

Second, burn the converted video file to a DVD with a DVD burner and a
burnig program.
