I work as our Church secretary and we have PowerPoint 2000. We have some
beautiful video loops that we would like to use. I can get them into my
presentation but when I try to have a text box on top and Play the video loop
my text box goes away and can't be seen. We use the power point during our
song worship and I would love to show the video loops with text on top of
them. Is our PowerPoint to old to do this feature or how can I get it to do
what I am wanting.

No version of powerpoint will do this as standard. There's some info here
