how can I get a dictionary font that shows phoenetical spellings?

I'm looking to use text on a slide that would look like it's directly out of
a dictionary - especially the phoenetical spelling characters.  Any ideas?

How do I load the font so I can use it in Word or PowerPoint?

If you downloaded the self extracting version just double click it otherwise
unzip and drag the fonts to c:\windows\fonts
