How to add menu items under "Package for CD..." in PowerPoint 2007

How to add a menu item under "Package for CD..." in PowerPoint 2007? Package
for CD is present under File->Publish. When i try to add the menu item
through commandbar.controls.add method, the menu item is getting added under
the ribbon 'Add_Ins'.

Things have changed in Office 2007. MSDN has a few articles on the new
Ribbon UI.
