How can I hyperlink 2 power point presentations?

I'm doing a slide show and 1 presentation is in landscape, the other in
potrait. How do I link them together, so that they play in the order I want,
going from one presentation to the other? I've tried doing what they said in
the help section and info I found online, but it's not working.
