I have created a powerpoint presentation that I would like to make available
to all our users.  I have recorded macros for specific things and created a
toolbar so they can click to use that feature.  However when other people
open the presentation the macros are there but the toolbar isn't.  They have
to then run the macros manually.

Does anyone know how I can get my toolbar I have available on my powerpoint
screen available within the presentation so other users who open it can also
have the buttons to use.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Heather

This is done through an add-in. This PPT FAQ page will get you started
(then come back here and we'll finish you off):

I am just email as you instructed to finish off the next bit.
