How do I PERMANENTLY change the option in the print box to print color
instead of grayscale. The document I received had it set up to print
grayscale. I have to change it back to color every time I need to print. And
sometimes I forget and have to print again. Thanks

If you have a printer that PPT recognizes as a B/W printer, it'll set the
option to grayscale by default.

Try Tools, Options, the Print tab
Under "Default print settings for this document" click "Use the following ..."
and pick the Color/Grayscale option you want to make default.
