I want to insert photo's onto a WMV file. I can do the words, But can't
figure out how to do photo's without splitting and inserting. Any help?
I'm not sure how you ended up amongst us PowerPoint types, but I think you
might find your solution (and better answers) with Windows Movie Maker. And
for the sake of convenience, you probably already have it installed on your
computer.
In Movie Maker you can add a photo 'over top' of a section of the existing
WMV and resave it as a new movie file. It takes a bit of time, but is very
doable and does not change the timing or music tracks.

Thank you, It's in PPT because I will be putting it into powerpoint when this
part is completed. Is there a special way of overlaying it?
