How to put in a synopsis in Powerpoint

Hi
I would like to make a visible synopsis in my presentations, where the part
of the synopsis that I work with is highlighted. I have seen several
presentaions where the synopsis was highlighted in the bottom, but have no
idea to make this can of interactive synopsis
