I am trying to do a global replace of the special character tab to a space in
a Powerpoint Presentation.  How do I specify the tab character in the
find/replace boxes?

Philip,
To do that I always select a tab in a slide, copy it with ctrl+c, then paste
it in the search for box of the dialog with ctrl+v.
