Scoring in PowerPoint

I need to add a scoring mechanism to a PowerPoint presentation I created. I know nothing about Macros or Visual basic. Does anyone know a way that I can use a Mouse Click to add a value to a table or spreadsheet?

the only way to keep score in powerpoint, is to take the plunge and learn how to use some ready made VBA stuff....
