I have an mp3 file that I wish to use as background music for my powerpoint
presentation. However, as soon as my presentation advances to the next slide,
the song stops? What can be done to make sure that the song plays throughout
the presentation until it ends?

Click on the sound in the Task Pane, and on the downward arrow you will find
Effect Options. In the Stop Playing Box set for a number greater than your
slides. Hope this helps.
