I assume you have Producer already installed?

The Tools -> Capture -> Video Screen capture with audio will capture screen
movements with an audio track.  You would have to pick a template with the
appropriate video size (depending on what you capture at) to display.

If a Screen capture with audio is all you want to do though -- Producer may
not be the best tool -- something like SnagIT, Camtasia or Captivate may be
better choices.
