I sent someone a file created in PowerPoint 2000 SP-3.  She has Students and
Teachers 2003 and says she cannot open it.  I saved it down to 97 and that
didn't work either.

Help?

Most likely the 2003 needs updating to service pack 2. Go to help > check for
updates

Never save to early versin by the way unless you have someone with 95 (not
likely!)
