I am trying to paste a procedure document that is in bullet outline format
(I,II,II, A, B, C, a,b,c) into a power point presentation in order to bring
in all of the other elements of the procedure docuement together (flow
charts, org charts, etc).  When I paste the word document page by page I am
selecting "paste special --> as picture" and ppt is changing my bullets as if
each slide is the first page of the document. So if a bullet is suppose to be
a III it is now a I.  I have hundreds of documents so reformatting is not an
option.  I tried updating the Auto Correct Option "Apply as us you work" but
that is not successful.  Any ideas??

It keeps the bullet formatting/characters but moves all of the
spacing/indentions over evenly to the left hand side.
