When i start a powerpoint view show usaing powerpoint viewer and if i change
the slide is there any method to keep track of the events happening in the
powerpoint viewer? Can anyone help me in doing this in Visual basic?

That is whenever i change the slide i would like to display a message box
which displays the slide number to which it has been changed.

Sorry but no.  The Viewer doesn't support macros or code of any kind.
