Slide Template/Design Display Window problems

When I try to view slide designs or templates in the side window nothing
shows up. when I put my cursor over where the thumbnails should be the
descriptions still pup up but no graphics. I ran detect and repair, but still
nothing's showing up.

This is getting to be a problem
