Skipping pages in page numbering

Allow me to show my idiocy here for a moment.  I'm putting together a
presentation, and some parts of the presentation (the quizzes) should
not be page numbered, yet they exist in the slideshow.  So, I'm
wondering how I can get Powerpoint to go from page 15, skip over five
pages without numbering them, then pick up nyumbering again on page 16.
Any idea on how to do this?  All I've figured so far is to eliminate
the page numbers from those that don't need it, but I can't seem to
re-number the following slides accurately.

Thanks!

What I would do:
Move those five slides to the end of the presentation. Create a Custom Show
(Slide Show--> Custom Show) that contains just those five slides. Add a link
from one of the objects on the page before the quiz to the custom show,
being sure to check Show and Return. Now, when you play the presentation,
click the link when you are ready to run the quiz. When you are done with
the quiz, clicking one past it will take you back to the original slide. One
more click and you are on the next slide and can continue. Since the quiz
slides are now at the end of the presentation, they won't interfere with the
numbering of the main presentation.

Or, you could have the quiz in a separate presentation that has the same
background slide design.  By turning off Slide Numbering in that
presentation and linking back and forth it will look seamless but will give
you what you want as well as Kathy's advice.
