Adjusting Org charts quickly after moving boxes

I am trying to adjust an organization chart quickly after moving the
individual boxes around. You used to be able to do this under the layout
option in 2002 but these options "fit diagram to contents" etc etc aren't
available in 2003. When I access the help in PowerPoint 2003 it takes me to
the online help which appears to give the help for 2002 advising you to
access the layout option and use these "fit to diagram" etc options which
aren't actually there.

Am I missing something here? Should they be there?

Hi,

The options and the toolbar should also be there for PowerPoint 2003. Right
click on any existing toolbar to bring up the options menu. Select

|Customise| (at the bottom of the menu). Or go Tools| Customize from the

menu at the top.

On the toolbars tab, activate the "Diagram" toolbar.
