slider bar and text box

i wish to link the slider bar to the text box... so when move the slider of
the slider bar, the value on the text box will display and is the same as the
slider bar.  

or link the spin button to text box... so when i click the spin the button
the value in text bos will change accordingly

i m using Win XP and Office SBE 2003...

i m not sure which to use.... VBA or excelsius
please guide me..
