Hi,
I have a bloke who cannot see the first slide of a ppt. He has emailed it
to me & the slide is visable.
This person has Office 2003, I also have Office 2003.
I have do the following;
Reinstalled PPT
Reinstalled Office
Recreated user profile (The same error occurs for any user including
Administrator)
Have ran "powerpnt /refserver"
The only thing i have not done is rebuild the machine - but I think that is
a bit drastic.
Im sure there will be a setting in ppt - hope you can help or suggest
anything.
Thanks in advance
James

What should he see on the first slide? Text, pictures, video?
Best regards,
Ute

The presentation opens in Normal view and Slide 1 is visible, however without
any data on it i.e. text, images etc. The same presentation e-mailed to
other users shows slide 1 as visible. Slide 1 is showing only the basic
placeholders slide layout. Thanks.

Do you mean the first slide in edit view or in show mode?
