Does anyone know how to run a powerpoint slide show from the command line?
I have tried ...>powerpnt presentation5.ppt /s, but it just opens the file
in the program - no slide show.

Try powerpnt /s "<path\filename.ppt>".

Change from ...>powerpnt presentation5.ppt /s

To ...>powerpnt presentation5.pps /s
