I recently had to paste over 300 excel graphics into a ppt presentation and
did not have the option to right click and have paste special. That option is
available in word and excel.  Please let me know if there is a way

There is but its a little complex!
Tools > Customise
With the toolbars tab tick "shortcut menus"
You sould now be able to Shortcut menus>Draw>Shapes and see the right click
menu
Without closing it > Commands tab - category EDIT
Find Paste special in the right hand box and drag it onto the right click menu

Be careful not to drag over any other menu on the way!

Did that answer the question / help?
