Hi all

I was wondering if you have seen this and can help me. A client of mine is
getting a error msg when opening up a powerpoint presentation. It says
POWERPOINT CAN'T READ C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\PROFILE\DESKTOP\PRESENTATION.PPT

My client is using the same office version as me (office 2003) it works on
my pc but not on my clients. I have reinstalled office and still same result.

If I open the presentation on my pc and save it as a new file and send the
newly saved presentation back, my client can open the file fine.

is there a feature that is not configured on my client pc?

Your help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Does your client use Norton Anti-Virus? If so, try disabling the office
plug-in on your client's PC. check this out:
