Hi all! I have successfull made a ppt presentation with many many linked
excel charts and lists (all of which reside in the same workbook). The excel
file, however, is links to multiple other excel files. All of the
linksupdates fine.
When I open the ppt file before the excel file, I get the following question
for every separate excel link i have in the ppt file...
"THis workbook contains links to other data sources.
-To update all linked information, Click Yes.
-To keep the existing information, click no."
Is there any way to open the PPT file 1st without getting a million update
messages?

Look in Edit|Links and see if you can set the links to update manually.
