I have an 18 minute presentation with a single music file that begins at the
onset of the program. When I finally got the original to sinc, saved it to my
hard drive, then used Package for CD, the CD presentation transitions are
different than the original. Is there something I should change to keep the
transitions the same? This is a presentation that will need to be copied many
times with accuracy.

Sorry, but exact timing is not something PowerPoint can do natively.  Each
PC will yield slight variations in timing.
