I have heard that one can make address labels for return envelopes for
wedding invitations and the like, and that it can be done using standard
Windows programs.  However, when I took the virtual tour of Windows XP, and
when I tried searching for "labels" or "invitations" under Powerpoint,
nothing turned up.  Does anyone know how to do this, and could you please
explain how?  Thanks!

I would use Word's "envelopes and labels" feature. You might want to post in
one of the Word groups and ask about that.
