I have an old, OLD version: Powerpoint for Windows 95. Until tonight,
I comfortably viewed my powerpoint presentations on a Powerpoint Viewer
that was compatible for it.
By mistake I downloaded a later version of Powerpoint Viewer. I could
no longer look at my presentations so I tried to delete the newer
version and download an earlier version...all to no avail! For some
reason even though I downloaded a version that says in the explanatory
notes that it will support my version, it doesn't.
Can anyone tell me how to reinstall the OLD version of the Viewer so I
can see my Windows 95 Powerpoint presentations (yes, I know I can see
them in Powerpoint itself but I want the Viewer because it is so
convenient!)?
I thank you in advance for your attention to this question.

Can you not roll your computer back to an earlier time (system restore on
windows xp) ?

I think you may be asking for the PPT Viewer 97. It's here:
