Is there anyway that i can convert the presentation i am working on from RGB
to CMYK format?

Are you working on a Mac or a PC? Which version of PowerPoint?

Not if you need to keep it in PPT format.  PowerPoint stores all colors as RGB
(even though you can specify colors in HSB as well as RGB and, on Mac, in CMYK,
they're still converted to RGB internally).  

The usual workaround is to export to bitmap and batch convert the bitmaps to
CMYK in Photoshop or the like.
